If you discard 9p, the effective tile for Tenpai will be 1px2+8px2+3sx4+5sx3=11 tiles
If you discard 8p, the effecitve tile will be 7px3+ 3sx4+5sx3=10 tiles
If you discard 6s, the effecitve tile will be 1px2+8px2+ 7px3+ 3sx4=11 tiles
If you discard 2s, the effecitve tile will be 1px2+8px2+ 7px3+ 5sx3=10 tiles
So almost same effective tiles to Tenpai. in this case, you should consider 1. expected winning score and 2. the quality of wait.
Consider these 2 points, you should discard 2s now to fix 44566s. With this sequence, 1. the expected score of this hand will be higher because Iipeikou is promised. and 2. the possibility that other players discard 5s will raise even if you Riichi. If you discard 9p or 8p now, riichi declaring tile will be 2s. In this case, 5s will be regarded as one of the dangerous tile. Especially in this case, it is hard for them to use 5s in their hand because we already have 4sx2 and 6sx2, so if they don’t regard 5s as dangerous tile, they may discard it if they don’t have safe tile.
After that, I drawed 7p and riichi-ed. Sooner I drawed 5s.
