We don’t see obvious fast player yet, but I had an impression this hand is a little bit slow for Riichi and went for Tanyao. 2 or 8 can be easily discarded, and this hand has pairs of 2m and 8s.
I seemed to be lucky and easily got Tanpai in 3 turns.
Again, this was just lucky, but you see the speed of Tanyao.
This is also a crossroad. We can pong 6p and change and wait from 7 character to 8 character. Important thing is that Kanchan wait is fixed, but Tanki wait is quite flexible. But in this case, 7 charater is not bad wait, and I didn’t want to make my hand any shorter, so I stayed.
