What to discard ? If you see my hand only, there is single choice, 4s. But in Tenhou, you always have to watch the player on tentative 4th position.
This is South 3, so he must have high score hand, at least 8,000 or more. We don’t know if he got Tenpai (1 tile to win) or not. How 4s is dangerous ?

After I played, I checked this game record. I still think 4s is the best choice, but some Tenhou player may choose other tile like 9p. I am not sure which is better…
In every article, I express 1 circle as 1p, 1 banboo as 1s, and 1character as 1m.
